The system updates our database throughout the day. There is little or no delay in the flow of information. Our patent lawsuit information also gives you the associated patents & classes (if available) with hyperlinks. Complaints (if available) can be downloaded immediately. Users can search our database by plaintiff, defendant, patent number, patent class, judge, plaintiff counsel, court, and cause.

PACER is an interface with the federal district court system and is delayed in how quickly the information is provided to its users. With updates done throughout the day, our users will know about lawsuits almost 24 hours before PACER. Complaints (if available) can be downloaded for no additional charge. You pay for complaints through PACER. Users can search our database by plaintiff, defendant, patent number, patent class, judge, plaintiff counsel, court, and cause.
