ORDER. This matter is before the court on Plaintiff's motion for entry of default judgment including the following relief: (1) entry of a permanent injunction against use of the Baxter tradename; (2) transfer of the domain name "Baxtervillage.com," (3) minimum statutory damages in the amount of $1,000, and (4) attorneys' fees in the amount of $15,003.62. It appears that Plaintiff is entitled to the first three categories of relief without further hearing. The court will, however, allow Defendant until October 15, 2006, to file a response to the request for attorney's fees. The Clerk of Court is directed to mail a copy of this order to Defendant at the business address at which she was served by the United States Marshal. The envelope shall be marked "Legal Mail -- Please Forward." In addition, Plaintiff is directed to mail a copy of this order to Defendant together with the proposed order which Plaintiff submitted to the court. Defendant is invited to comment on the proposed order by October 15, 2006.
