8/10/2012 12 ORDER denying 11 Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to File a Memorandum in Support of Joinder. The Court notes that the joinder allegations in this action are identical to multiple other actions filed by Plaintiff and its counsel, Mr. Kotzker (e.g., 1:12-cv-1405 & 1:12-cv-1407). In the prior cases, the Court has permitted Plaintiff to be heard on the joinder issue and the Court will consider the arguments raised therein when determining whether joinder is appropriate here. The Court finds that further briefing on the issue of joinder is unnecessary and would be wasteful of both Plaintiff's and the Court's resources. Accordingly, Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to File a Memorandum in Support of Joinder is DENIED. SO ORDERED by Judge William J. Martinez on 08/10/2012. Text Only Entry(wjmsec, ) (Entered: 08/10/2012)
